Mike is the President of AzSalesPros, and has overall responsibility for the success of AzSalesPros.

Mike Leeds is the "Head Coach" of Professional Sales Coaching, LLC. He has over 28 successful years of coaching, sales and sales management experience. Prior to launching Pro Sales Coaching in 2002, Mike had successful careers with two Fortune 500 companies. He has a track record of consistently improving team results and exceeding sales goals, and he works with individuals, groups and sales team to positively impact sales performance. Michael Goodman, Executive Director

Michael is the founder of AzSalesPros and responsible for 'keeping the dream alive' in the rest of us.  As Executive Director, he is responsible the 'Vision thing'.

MIchael is the president of US Sales Force.

Dave Barnhart, VP of Marketing

Dave is a social media strategy consultant and the founder of Business Blogging Pros, LLC. Dave's responsibilities inlclude press releases, liason with news outlets, the AzSalsros website, AzSalesros merchandise, and alliances with business partners.

In his spare time he is am amateur gourmet chef and abuser of the five-string banjo.

Jack Joyce, VP of Education

As the VP of Education, it is Jack's job to recruit talented speakers and provide content for our monthly sales meetings. 

Jack has over thirty years of experience in the financial services industry with the primary focus in equipment finance business. He spent close to fifteen years at US Leasing Corp. in San Francisco. US Leasing was the pioneer in developing Vendor Sales Aid programs where the primary focus was in leveraging the sales efforts by training, educating and motivating vendor's sales forces to use leasing as a primary sales tool in marketing their products. In addition, Jack worked at Franklin Covey, as a small business consultant, where he developed his passion for helping others succeed in achieving their goals and turning dreams into reality. Jack is also a certified trainer for Fred Pryor/Career Track seminars and workshops with a focus on selling skills, leadership development, team building as well as personal productivity. 

Over the years, Jack has developed an extensive knowledge base of selling skills, marketing, risk management, documentation and compliance, tax law and accounting procedures, In addition, his success in the vendor market can be attributed heavily to his sales training, presentation and public speaking skills.

Shauna Wekherlein, Treasurer

Shauna is the person in our organization who handles the back end of the money for AzSalesPros.

Shauna Alexis Wekherlien, CPA, MTax, Tax Goddess received her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona in Accounting and Finance and her Masters in Taxation from Arizona State University.  She currently owns her own CPA firm located in Scottsdale, Arizona and specializes in business taxation, entity structure, and cash flow.  Her firm can handle any business related needs such as tax return preparation, bookkeeping, sales tax preparation, entity formation, IRS assistance, and various other consulting.  She currently resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with her two dogs, Thor and Maverick.
